Client Services Agreement

This Agreement is between Clear Path Separation and Divorce Mediation, at www.SeparationAgreement.ca, and the individual purchasing or using services through this website ("Client").

1. Clear Path provides information services, document preparation assistance, and mediation services relating to separation and divorce matters. Clear Path is not acting as a lawyer and does not provide legal advice.

2. Use of this website or services does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Clients should obtain Independent Legal Advice before signing agreements.

3. Client agrees they:

   • Provide accurate information
   • Review documents carefully
   • Understand laws vary by situation
   • Need Independent Legal Advice to finalize any MOUs, Agreements, Property Division and/or Parenting Plans

4. The maximum liability of Clear Path Separation and Divorce Mediation shall not exceed the amount paid for services. That means if the Client paid $299, Clear Path's maximum liability is $299.

5. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Calgary, Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein

6. By accessing, purchasing, and/or using services through this website, the Client confirms they have read and agree to this Agreement.
