I founded CLEAR PATH SEPARATION AND DIVORCE MEDIATION CORP. after years of working as a Mediator and Paralegal in private practice and later for a Family Lawyer then navigating my own challenging divorce from my allegedly 'equally-yoked Christian' wife (Rabbi Lapin says once is a big sign something's wrong. This is when I began to doubt the Bible & Christianity & began to explore other worldviews); where I spent over $45,000 trying to save my marriage; including two asks for us to take "Retroveille" - a wonderful, effective Christian marriage counselling program & telling her "I love you" as my first words when I began cross-examination myself as a self-represented litigant (SRL) of my ex when she was on the stand at our Summary Trial in early 2024. No response to any of the three, nor several other attempts (ask me how many times I tried ....) & no marriage reconciliation. I lost my wife, job, home, dog & truck over 1.5 years. Instead of writing a country song; I decided to use my education & life experiences to help others ease their difficult life challenges with the easiest Clear Path to separation & divorce - separation agreement mediation. I personally understand the emotional pain and financial trauma of separation and divorce. By learning the system, drafting all necessary Agreements and Affidavits, and representing myself at Trial, I resolved my case for under $225 in legal fees. Whether you have esp or not we will help.

This experience inspired me to empower others to achieve strong outcomes at a fraction of the cost of the traditional expensive lawyer route. I have personally witnessed, worked with & successfully mediated separation & divorce within months for a few thousand dollars where these former clients have spent over $500,000 & up to 4.5 years using lawyers that achieved no results except increased conflict, stress, tension,  timelines & costs.
